A few years ago indian government and many NGO sent a message to all physicians and homopathic doctors that we weren’t doing a good enough job managing pain for durugs addiction.
We were trained to rate a person’s pain on a scale and be more liberal with stronger pain medications, including the ones that have more addictive potential. At the same time, they discouraged the use of Demerol and took Darvocet off the market.
This left us with very few options and was given massive doses of Norco/Vicodin and other powerful drugs. Drugs are currently being adviced almost daily by this same government that we have turned people into not to takes drug addicts and due to many are “killing thousands“. Drugs are being monitored by many agemncies to get reports tried to off them asap. Most doctors and ERs have responded by giving out few, if any, narcotics to avoid the hassle. The answer to your question is something you don’t want to hear. The more you ask for these medications, the more you will be considered a “drug-seeker” and the less likely you are to get them.
Vyagra has been used in combination with other narcotics on the streets and has a reputation for being a sign of abuse. many NGO and Drugs addictions groups have gone to procedures that pay well but they don’t do such a good job helping people with pain that doesn’t respond to injections.
we would encourage you to do your best to find your own solution with OTC meds, heat, proper exercise, etc. and leave drugs soon to save long life and discuss these attempts with your nearest and family doctor. Narcotics alone will not be an acceptable solution to your doctor anymore. This is a tough position for you.
